To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sophia's Lattes and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential issues connected to customer use, misuse, handling, or consumption of products.

Conduct and Safety

Sophia's Lattes maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unlawful or threatening behavior. Any harassment, theft, trespassing, intimidation, or other criminal conduct may result in refused service and notification of local authorities.

Customers and visitors may not:

• Harass staff or other customers.
• Arrive at private or restricted locations when not invited.
• Steal products, supplies, or property.
• Provide knowingly false information in connection with orders or payment.
• Use products to harm, threaten, or harass others.

Allergy and Ingredient Notice

All coffee drinks are prepared with espresso. Whole milk is currently the only milk option offered. Flavorings and add-ins may contain nuts or other allergens.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient risks before purchase. Sophia's Lattes is not responsible for allergic reactions or health issues related to undisclosed sensitivities, ingredient exposure, or product consumption.
